Hubspot Integration

In order to deliver videos via your chosen CRM/email system, you must first input your contacts into the platform. This is necessary for the creation of individualized videos for each contact. You can facilitate this process by importing contacts via Pabbly/Zapier/CSV or API.

Step 1: Log in to your Hubspot account

Step 2: Navigate to the Campaign Builder (or email step, if you are using drip campaigns

Once you have logged in, navigate to the campaign builder or email step where you want to add the personalized videos snippet provided by the platform.

Step 3: Copy the integration code

In the platform, navigate to the Campaign's Third-Party Integrations section and copy the 2-line code provided for Hubspot.

Step 4: Paste the code into your campaign

Go back to your Hubspot campaign builder (or email step) and paste the 2-line code into the email campaign where you want to use personalized videos. Paste it into the HTML editor of the email or text message campaign.

If you are using automations and this is your very first email in the series, please keep in mind that every video needs about 4-10 minutes to create so use Webhooks via Zapier/Pabbly when video is ready or plan accordingly by adding a delay.

Step 5: Activate the campaign in the platform

Once you have pasted the code into the email or text message campaign, activate the campaign. The platform will now auto-generate personalized videos for your contacts in the campaign.

Step 6: Export contacts data (optional)

If you want to create videos for a one-off list, once all the videos are generated, you can export contact data for a specific campaign directly from the platform dashboard in a CSV file and manually import them into Hubspot at your pace!
