I'm using a Mac, and the platform doesn't import my CSV

Most of the software in Mac create CSV files with "LF" line breaks. However, the platform expects "CR-LF" line breaks (i.e. Microsoft Windows CSV style). This can sometimes cause issues when attempting to import CSV files created on a Mac.

To fix this, please do the following:

Method #1: (Recommended)

1. Open Google Sheets
2. Import your CSV
3. Download CSV
4. Upload it to the platform again

 

Method #2:

1. Open the CSV file in a text editor.
2. Save it using the "Save as MS-DOS Text" option (or a similar option).
3. This will save the file using "CR-LF" line breaks.
4. Then use this new file for importing into the platform.
