Why is my campaign not running?
That might happen for one of the following reasons:
Your campaign(s) was set with an "End date" and has ended.
Change or remove the end date in your campaign settings.
Your account has run out of credits.
Purchase more credits by clicking here or contact support.
Your campaign was placed on "Pause" due to account inactivity.
If you haven't logged in to your account for more than a week, your campaign was placed on "Pause" to protect your credits from unnecessary consumption.
Just go to the "Paused" tab and click "Re-activate".
