1. Can I add multiple email sender accounts? If so, how many?

Yes, you can add multiple email sender accounts under Settings/SMTP. You can add as many as you want.

2. Is there email inbox rotation feature that automatically allocates a certain number of emails to be sent out from each inbox?

We don't have an email inbox rotation feature yet.
